Overview
Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 16th century in summer of the year 1525, by Glkdshêv Fyèbë Tsmëkado. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow cobblestone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè's political statment focused walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè’s streets. A look around Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè long.

Cultural Notes

It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè lost 192 people, 219 livestock, and 47 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 48, when members of Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè's militia enacted an operation to locate a particular irregulars group. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in victory for Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Oshîë-êyê Dêtîkè's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
